PHYSICAL EXECUTION
The physical execution inspection aims to control and evaluate the compliance with the Technical Proposal and the work plans comparing, in a sistematic way, the work being done with the forecast. Therefore, it will focus on a set of realities that substantiate the results of the project’s execution and that can be integrated in three categories:
RISK
Risk is a critical succes factor that can have great significance and impact on the execution of a project, specially when it has a multi-annual term or when it comes to programs or plans that integrate several projects. Two realities are the subject of Risk Inspection:
FINANCIAL
Within the scope of the field of Inspection, the project will be monitored and evaluated according to the financial information provided during its execution. The action strategy adopted by macroaudit to improve the Financial Execution Inspection was based on the Cost Management Process model foreseen by the PMBOK. According to this model, the following processes will be followed:
QUALITY
The quality Management of projects i sone of the areas of knowledge provided by PMBOK, and is also regulated by international standards such as the ISSO 10006 standard. Quality inspection relies on two aspects:
ENVIRONMENTAL
The legal inspection deals with everything concerning juridic aspects associated with hiring and execution that, autonomously, can be identified by macroaudit, raised by the costume ror other Stakeholders. In this contexto, the following aspects will be controlled:
